Hello, my name is Kristen Langbauer, and I hold an Associate of Arts in Psychology from San Antonio College, a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice, a minor in Sociology, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas, and a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adams State University.
I am trained in evidence-based therapies and interventions, including Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Reunification/Reintegration Therapy, Court-Ordered Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing (MI). I am also a Certified Trauma Professional with expertise in Trauma Therapy, Gottman Method, and chemical dependency. Additionally, I have over 20 years of experience as a Special Education Advocate.
I have experience collaborating with Child Family Investigators (CFIs), Parental Responsibility Evaluators (PREs), social services, the court system, and law enforcement.
As a therapist, I work with my clients to explore the areas in their lives where they feel stuck. With a nonjudgmental approach, I guide them in discovering their inner strength, helping them to remove the obstacles that hinder them from living a vibrant life. I firmly believe in the power of the collaborative process between therapist and client. Therapy is a journey of growth and self-discovery. Our work together is positive and affirming—your identities and experiences are important to me.

Hello, my name is Ana Paula, and I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). I specialize in addressing individual issues and behaviors that arise within family and relationship contexts. My approach focuses on understanding systemic relationships to identify how dysfunctional behaviors develop and how to replace them with healthy interactions.
While I primarily provide individual therapy, I also consider how personal issues fit within the larger family and relationship dynamics. My practice addresses a range of more intense challenges, including depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, self-harm, attachment issues, and substance abuse, exploring how these issues impact your daily life.
I am trained in several therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Family Therapy (EFFT), Multisystemic Therapy (MST), Reunification/Reintegration Therapy, Court-Ordered Therapy, Treatment Parent Training (TFC), and addressing attachment issues and trauma. I also work with parenting challenges and relationship repair.
I can help you confront and resolve past traumatic issues that may be affecting your current relationships with loved ones and family. It's about having a compassionate companion to assist you in addressing these challenges and creating the healthy relationships you desire.
