  • Call to schedule an intake session.

  • Complete all the paperwork emailed to you from our practice.

  • Sign the ROI forms for each provider you want us to speak with, including your attorney.

  • Provide a copy of the Court Order that appoints me as your reunification and/or court-ordered family therapist.  Or use the template provided on the Resources Page.

  • Police Reports
  • Criminal Court Records
  • Audio and/or Video Recordings
  • Photographs
  • Court Document/Orders
  • Hospital Records
  • Mental Health Records from Each Therapist
  • Inpatient/Outpatient Records
  • School Records
  • Entire Talking Parent/Family Wizard Conversations (pdf)
  • Text Message
  • Etc……

To review documents, videos, etc., provided, there is a $100 fee per hour or a $2,000 flat fee.

As part of my reunification process and court-ordered family therapy, I carefully review all documentation provided to me. This step is essential for helping the reunification therapist understand how the child and family members reached the point of needing this type of therapy. As your reunification and court-ordered family therapist, the child is my client. Clinical sessions, professional interviews, collateral interviews, the documentation provided, and the safety of the child(ren) inform my professional decisions. My theoretical approach to reunification therapy is evidence-based, drawing from Attachment Theory and Family Systems Theory.
